**Job Title:** Motion Control Engineer / Automation Consultant – Pipe Bending Machine We are seeking an experienced Motion Control Engineer or Automation Consultant to lead the automation integration of a new pipe bending machine currently in the final stages of fabrication. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the motion control system, including the selection and integration of servo drives, proportional valves, sensors, and human–machine interface (HMI) components. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and integrate motion control hardware and feedback systems, including encoders and transducers. * Develop control strategies for precise, repeatable pipe bending operations. * Collaborate with internal teams responsible for 3D mechanical design and PLC programming. * Specify and commission HMIs that enable intuitive, programmable machine operation. * Support testing, troubleshooting, and final machine commissioning. **Qualifications** *Familiarity with motion control systems for industrial machinery. * Familiarity with servo systems, hydraulic proportional control, PLCs, and HMIs.
