About the project
We are looking for a focused lead-generation partner who can consistently deliver qualified B2B prospects for my Business Advisory practice. The goal is simple: fill the pipeline with decision-makers who genuinely need strategy, operational improvement, and financial-performance guidance and are ready to speak with me. • You research, identify, and verify companies that fit the profile we’ll refine together. • For each company you provide the key contact (director level or above), direct email, phone, LinkedIn URL, company size, and a short note on why they’re a match. • Leads must be fresh, exclusive, and GDPR-compliant. To be considered, show me past work that demonstrates you’ve already built similar B2B datasets or booked meetings for consulting firms. If your previous projects relied on tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, or comparable platforms, mention that so I can understand your workflow. I’ll review sample leads first; once we confirm quality, we’ll agree on weekly volume targets and milestones. Your role: - Identify and build target prospect lists (e.g., SMB owners, startup founders, or specific verticals we'll define together) who are a fit for our services - Run consistent outreach — LinkedIn, email, or another channel we agree on — to generate interest - Qualify prospects against a simple criteria checklist we'll provide, so you're booking calls with people who are actually a fit, not just anyone who replies - Book qualified discovery calls onto our calendar - Track and report on outreach volume, response rates, and booked calls on a weekly basis We're looking for someone to own top-of-funnel lead generation — building and running consistent outreach that fills our pipeline with qualified prospects. This is not a delivery or modeling role; you won't be building financial models or dashboards. Your job is finding and engaging the right prospects and getting them to a discovery call. Compensation Structure: Purely performance based- The position was created solely for the purpose of business generation, and compensation will be sales commission based for an initial trial period, after which, longer-term positions will be considered on a needs basis. However, with this structure, the sky's the limit and based on our pricing structure, achieving 10-20 closed deals a month can earn ~ US$1,500 to US$2,500 per month. We're looking to start with a trial period (30-60 days) to establish a working rhythm and see real pipeline results before discussing a longer-term arrangement.
