Curate Copyright-Free MRI Cases
EUR 30–250
About the project
I’m putting together an online neuroradiology course and I need a reliable partner to supply a robust library of de-identified, copyright-free MRI material. The goal is to give students hands-on experience with real-world data without any copyright or PHI concerns. Scope – I need 21 + unique MRI cases covering three key topics: tumors, strokes, and degenerative diseases. – For each case I will require the full DICOM series plus a small set of high-resolution screenshots (coronal, sagittal, axial) ready for immediate slide insertion. – All files must be completely anonymised and sourced either from permissive public repositories (e.g., TCIA, OpenNeuro, RIDER) or licences that allow educational redistribution. Deliverables • An organised folder structure with one sub-folder per case containing: – The original DICOM study (zip) – 3-5 curated images in PNG or JPEG – A brief text file summarising diagnosis, sequence type, and slice orientation • Spreadsheet index of all cases, repository source, and licence reference • Written confirmation that every file is free of copyright restrictions and PHI Acceptance Criteria 1. All DICOM headers verified to contain no patient identifiers. 2. Each case clearly fits one of the three requested pathologies. 3. Image quality sufficient for 1080p projection without pixelation. 4. A minimum of 21 complete cases delivered; bonus points for additional variety. Helpful skills include familiarity with tools such as OsiriX/Horos, RadiAnt, 3D Slicer, and standard DICOM anonymisers, but any workflow that meets the criteria is fine by me. If this sounds like your kind of project, let’s talk timeline and any questions you may have.
