About the project

I’m commissioning a fresh set of exterior elevations for a new home and want the look and feel to sit firmly in the contemporary bracket—clean lines, balanced masses, and a restrained material palette that still feels warm and livable. The core of the job is the full 3-dimensional elevation package: front, rear, and side façades visualised in high-quality renders plus the editable model so future tweaks are easy. Although my main focus is the exterior, the project is residential, so an eye toward how interior floor levels, window heights, and lighting lines up with the façade is important. If you’re comfortable proposing quick interior alignment suggestions while you work, that will make approvals faster on my end, but the priority is the exterior shell. Key deliverables • Detailed 3D model (your preferred tool—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) • Four to six high-resolution, photoreal renders showing daylight and evening scenes • Source files organised and layered for straightforward hand-off Acceptance criteria • Matches the contemporary style discussed: minimal ornamentation, varied textures (e.g., stone + smooth render), generous glazing where practical • Scales and dimensions integrate with the provided floor plan (PDF/DWG supplied after kick-off) • Colour palette and material suggestions labelled clearly for builder reference I’ll supply the site photos, current floor plan, and any municipal guidelines at project start. Turnaround is flexible within reason, but I’d like the first draft renders inside ten days so we have space for one revision round before finalisation.
