Condo 2D 3D Floor Plans

About the project

I need a complete set of 2D and 3D floor plans for my 58 sqm condo, drawn in FreeCAD. The goal is to visualise interior-design options, so I want both an “as-is” model that faithfully captures the current layout and a “proposed” version that I can experiment with. You will start from the approximate room dimensions I already have; I’ll share a simple sketch with those numbers as soon as we begin. Where measurements are missing or unclear, flag them and I’ll verify on site so that we keep the model true to scale. Key deliverables • FreeCAD (.FCStd) files for the existing layout and the proposed layout • Exported PDFs (or high-resolution PNGs) of each plan in 2D with clear room labels, dimensions, north arrow and scale bar • A basic 3D view for both versions that I can orbit in FreeCAD to review furniture placement, finishes, and lighting ideas Acceptance criteria • All walls, doors, windows and fixed services positioned within ±20 mm of the confirmed measurements • Layers or groups clearly named so I can toggle elements on/off (walls, fixtures, furniture) • File opens without errors in the current stable release of FreeCAD If you have a clean workflow for importing my hand sketch, tidying geometry and then generating the 3D views, let me know—speed and clarity are important to me.
