About the project

I’m ready to launch a YouTube channel that teaches preschoolers phonics through engaging, fully animated educational videos, and I’d like a partner who can take me from concept to a live, discoverable channel. Here’s what I already know: every clip will be an animation-led lesson designed for little learners, so visual clarity, bright colours, and simple on-screen prompts are essential. My goal is to make each video lively enough to hold a three- to five-year-old’s attention while still delivering clear letter-sound instruction. What I need from you: • Set up the YouTube channel itself, including brand name onboarding, banner art, profile icon and an easy-to-navigate playlist structure (Alphabet, Blends, Sight Words, etc.). • Design an intro–outro package and a reusable animated template so future lessons keep a consistent look and feel. • Optimise titles, tags and descriptions for parents and teachers who search “phonics for preschool.” • Provide a simple workflow I can follow to upload new animated lessons on a regular schedule. If you’ve produced children’s educational content before—or know your way around animation tools such as After Effects, Blender, or similar—it will be a plus. I’m happy to review a short demo clip or previous channel examples to make sure we’re a good fit. Once the channel is live, I’ll consider follow-on work for ongoing content creation, but for this first milestone I’m focused on getting the foundation right. Let’s build something fun, bright and truly helpful for beginning readers.
