About the project
I have an existing 3-D player character that needs a full remesh so it runs efficiently in-game without losing its fun, cartoonish vibe. The current asset is too dense for real-time use; after you clean up the topology I should be able to drop it straight into Unity/Unreal and start animating. Poly flow must be animation-friendly around joints, edge loops should read clearly, and the final count should sit comfortably in the typical mobile/PC range without obvious loss of form. UVs need to be laid out cleanly and packed for a single texture set. I will supply the original high-poly and all reference files as soon as we start. Deliverables • Low-poly remeshed FBX (quads preferred) • Optimised UV map in the same file • Brief before/after poly count note I’ll test the mesh with some basic Mixamo rigs; if deformations hold up and there are no shading artifacts, the job is done. Feel free to use TopoGun, ZBrush ZRemesher, Blender, or your favourite workflow—as long as the result is crisp, cartoon-friendly, and game-ready.
