About the project
I’m deep into a set of interior design presentations and I need photorealistic architectural renderings turned around within a 2 week period. The spaces are already modelled in CAD; what I’m missing is a skilled 3D visual artist who can light, texture, and compose each scene so the client feels they could step right in. You will receive the reference plans, mood boards, and material schedules on day one. From there, I’m expecting quick look-dev previews followed by final, high-resolution stills. Because the schedule is tight, strong command of tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, and Photoshop for any post-work is essential—you should be able to iterate swiftly without sacrificing realism. Deliverables for every space: • A set of draft previews for review • One or more final 4K stills in PNG/JPG • Source scene files with organised layers If you’re confident you can hit an ASAP turnaround while maintaining a polished, magazine-quality finish, let’s get started right away.
