Modern Custom Home 3D Renderings

About the project

I already have complete CAD files and the full building layout for a new custom home; what I’m missing are photorealistic visuals that will wow the future owners. I need high-quality 3D renderings of three interior spaces—the living room, kitchen, and a bedroom—and every image should convey a clean, modern aesthetic consistent with the architectural plans. You’ll work directly from my CAD drawings (DWG) and any supporting PDFs I provide. Feel free to bring the model into whichever pipeline you’re most comfortable with, as long as the final output is crisp, well-lit, and realistic. I expect textures, materials, and furnishings that match a contemporary look: think neutral palettes, elegant lines, and ample natural light. Daytime lighting is essential, though an additional dusk scene for mood lighting would be a bonus if it doesn’t add much time. Deliverables • Three high-resolution still images (one per room) in PNG or JPG, minimum 4000 px wide - to PDF Files to share • Source scene files so I can request quick tweaks if the owners ask • One round of minor revisions included (colour, material, or camera angle changes) I’m ready to send the CAD set immediately and answer any sizing or material questions you might have.
