About the project

I require an experienced architectural visualisation specialist to accurately rebuild a single-storey luxury house from the attached architectural PDF and produce photorealistic internal and external CGI images and a cinematic walkthrough video. I am not looking for a basic SketchUp model, rough massing model, AI-generated concept pictures or a simple texture replacement job. The finished result must look like a professionally completed luxury house, with realistic construction geometry, materials, furniture, lighting, landscaping, reflections and camera movement. The architectural PDF will be the primary source of truth. I can also provide an existing OBJ model, but this is only a rough visualisation reference and should not be treated as the finished model. HOUSE DESIGN The project is a secure, minimalist concrete pavilion intended for the Aburi Mountains in Ghana. Important design features include: * Single-storey reinforced-concrete pavilion * Approximately 70 ft by 100 ft site * Matte-black monolithic street facade * Raw and dark concrete interior finishes * Full-height pool-facing glazing * Flat reinforced-concrete roof * Two-metre cantilevered pool-side overhang * 60 roof-mounted solar panels * Rectangular swimming pool and adjoining jacuzzi * Luxury open-plan living and dining room * Kitchen, pantry, scullery and laundry * Master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite * Master bathroom with large shower and bathtub * Bedrooms 2 and 3 with bathrooms and showers * Garage * Air-conditioned plant, battery and server room * Technical equipment, server racks, batteries and inverters * High security walls, gates and controlled vehicle entrance * Tropical landscaping suitable for the Aburi Mountains * Warm architectural lighting throughout VISUAL STYLE The intended style is dark, warm and luxurious: * Dark polished concrete flooring * Raw concrete ceilings and walls * Dark timber cabinetry * Matte-black metal detailing * Floor-to-ceiling architectural glass * Warm concealed LED lighting * Recessed ceiling lights * Premium contemporary furniture * Warm interior lighting against a cool sunset or blue-hour exterior * Dense tropical planting surrounding the pool * Realistic pool water, glass reflections, shadows and material textures I will provide reference images showing the required quality and atmosphere. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES 1. ACCURATE 3D MODEL * Rebuild the entire house from the supplied PDF * Correct room layout, proportions, walls, roof, windows and doors * Model the garage, pool, jacuzzi, terraces, gates and boundary walls * Include all 60 solar panels * Include major kitchen, bathroom, laundry and technical-room fixtures * Ensure the model is correctly orientated, correctly scaled and positioned at ground level * Organise the model into logical, editable categories or layers 2. INTERIOR VISUALISATION Fully furnish and style: * Living and dining room * Kitchen and pantry * Master bedroom * Master walk-in wardrobe * Master bathroom * Bedrooms 2 and 3 * Bathrooms 2 and 3 * Arrival hall and internal corridors * Laundry * Garage * Plant, battery and server room Placeholder boxes or crude furniture will not be accepted as the final result. 3. EXTERIOR VISUALISATION Include: * Pool and jacuzzi * Pool terrace * Tropical trees and planting * Boundary walls * Pedestrian and vehicle gates * Driveway * Exterior lighting * Roof and solar-panel arrangement * Suitable Aburi mountain or tropical hillside atmosphere 4. PHOTOREALISTIC CGI IMAGES Provide at least: * Street facade during the day * Street facade at night * Pool facade during the day * Pool facade at sunset or blue hour * Aerial view showing the roof and 60 solar panels * Living and dining room facing the pool * Kitchen * Master bedroom * Master bathroom * Bedroom wing * Garage * Plant and server room Final approved images must be delivered in 4K resolution without watermarks. 5. CINEMATIC WALKTHROUGH VIDEO Produce a continuous 90 to 120-second photorealistic walkthrough covering: * Aerial establishing view * Street facade and secure entrance * Arrival sequence * Main internal corridor * Living and dining room * Kitchen * Pool terrace * Master suite and bathroom * Bedrooms 2 and 3 * Garage * Plant and server room * Pool-side sunset or night closing view The movement must be smooth, slow and architectural. It must not look like a computer game or an uncontrolled drone flight. Final video requirements: * Minimum 1920 × 1080 resolution * Preferably 4K * 16:9 format * MP4 delivery * Smooth camera paths * No flickering, excessive noise or visible rendering defects * Suitable licensed background music * One version without music 6. EDITABLE SOURCE FILES The final handover must include: * Complete editable modelling file * Complete D5 Render project, if D5 is used * D5 `.drs` file and all associated project folders * All linked textures, materials, HDRIs and locally used assets * An exchange model in FBX, SKP, OBJ or GLB format * Final high-resolution images * Final videos * A packaged project that can be reopened on another computer without missing assets PREFERRED SOFTWARE Preferred workflow: * SketchUp, Revit, Blender, Rhino or 3ds Max for accurate modelling * D5 Render for materials, lighting, landscaping and animation Other professional workflows may be accepted, including Blender Cycles, Unreal Engine, V-Ray or Corona, but you must still provide an editable and properly packaged model. PROJECT WORKFLOW AND MILESTONES Milestone 1: Accurate untextured model * Submit floor-plan alignment * Submit top, front, rear and side views * Submit interior blockout screenshots * Obtain approval before furnishing or rendering Milestone 2: Materials and furniture * Complete the living, dining and pool area first * Produce one photorealistic test image * Establish the final material and lighting style Milestone 3: Complete house and landscaping * Complete all rooms * Complete exterior and tropical landscaping * Submit draft images for review Milestone 4: Final images and walkthrough * Complete approved 4K images * Produce draft walkthrough * Complete revisions and final video Milestone 5: Source-file handover * Deliver all editable files and packaged assets * Confirm that the project opens correctly without missing files REVISION REQUIREMENTS The bid must include: * Corrections to the initial model if it does not match the PDF * At least three reasonable visual revision rounds * One walkthrough camera-path revision * Final correction of missing textures, assets or rendering faults APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Please include: 1. Links to at least three photorealistic architectural projects you personally completed. 2. At least one interior animation or walkthrough. 3. Examples of both daytime and night-time rendering. 4. The software you will use. 5. Confirmation that you can provide the editable source project. 6. Your estimated completion time. 7. Your fixed total price. 8. Confirmation that the work will be based on the architectural PDF, not generated solely through AI. 9. Confirmation that all furniture, music and assets are properly licensed for project use. IMPORTANT Do not apply if: * You only produce AI-generated images * You cannot accurately model from architectural drawings * You cannot provide editable source files * You only produce basic SketchUp-quality output * You intend to outsource the complete project without disclosure * You cannot show examples of photorealistic interior and exterior work The successful freelancer must demonstrate that they understand luxury architectural visualisation, realistic lighting, cinematic camera movement and accurate modelling from drawings.
