About the project
I need a clean, grey-tone massing model of our site built in SketchUp, then exported back to me as a single AutoCAD (.dwg) file. I will hand over the base CAD file along with a rough grading plan so you can stay true to existing contours. Scope • Two alternative site schemes: each scheme will show block-style buildings kept to simple, extruded forms—no windows, doors, or textures—plus the internal roads, parking stalls, and circulation routes that tie everything together. • Keep the layout geo-referenced to the CAD I supply so I can drop it straight into our working drawing set. • Use uniform grey materials for all built elements; terrain may remain the default SketchUp colour. Deliverables 1. A separate .dwg export for each scheme. 2. The original SketchUp file(s) for future edits. I’ll consider the task complete once both schemes open in AutoCAD with correct layering, accurate grading, and all blocks positioned per the CAD underlay.
