I have a building concept ready and now need the civil engineering plans that cover the structural layout only. Your task is to translate the architectural footprint into clear, permit-ready structural drawings. Key expectations • Show column grid, foundation dimensions, beam and slab details, reinforcement schedules, and all pertinent notes for code compliance. • Provide both editable CAD files (DWG) and clean PDFs suitable for submission. Please follow the governing local code for load calculations and detailing. If you typically work with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D, let me know—file compatibility matters. Accuracy, clarity, and on-time delivery will be the basis for acceptance.
