About the project
I have a residential build coming in at under 1,500 sq ft and I need a qualified architect to guide it from first sketch to permit-ready package. Scope includes initial concept design and space planning, photorealistic 3D views for client sign-off, and a full set of construction documents that the contractor and local authority can rely on. Please show comparable homes you have designed, note the software you prefer to work in—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar—and confirm how soon you can start and the time frame you anticipate for each stage. If you work with local code consultants or have experience coordinating with structural and MEP teams, mention that as well. Deliverables I will review for sign-off: • Schematic floor plans and elevations • 3D rendered model with at least four viewpoints • Final construction drawing set (plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details) in PDF and editable CAD Share your portfolio, credentials, and availability so we can move forward quickly.
