Compact Mobile Charger Prototype Design
INR 75000–150000
About the project
I’m bringing a brand-new electronic charger to market and need an engineer who can turn my concept into a fully working prototype. The focus of this engagement is the complete design and prototyping phase—circuit architecture, component selection, enclosure layout, PCB, and initial functional build. Compact size is the single most important design driver, so every decision—from transformer topology to enclosure wall thickness—has to work toward a slimmer footprint without compromising safety or performance. I’m open to creative approaches such as GaN or other high-efficiency solutions if they help us meet that goal. To move forward, please send a detailed project proposal that outlines: • Your approach to achieving a space-saving form factor • Milestones from schematic through first assembled prototype • Test methodology you’ll use to validate output stability, thermal behavior, and basic safety compliance • Tools you rely on (Altium, KiCad, SolidWorks, etc.) and any in-house fabrication capabilities you can leverage Deliverables I expect by the end of the contract: 1. Complete set of schematics and BOM 2. Optimized PCB layout files, ready for fabrication 3. 3D enclosure model and manufacturing-ready files 4. One fully assembled, working prototype with test report If you can demonstrate prior success shrinking power electronics or chargers, highlight that experience in your proposal. I’m ready to kick off as soon as I find the right partner. Experience is not a factor. I need a dedicated person who is passionate and hardworking for my product. Location Kerala.
