Siteplan Building Rendering, must be photo realistic. 3Ds Max & Vray required, 2020 version, no other software will be acceptable. I will require proof of previous work, from renderings and to show the 3Ds max file. If you are not able to provide both of these items, please don't apply for this job Please don't share Interior rendering samples since they don't apply to this or any project we handle. We do hundred of projects per year, and I don't trust just random renderings. 3Ds Max and all reference files, must be supplied so I can render. Everything must be setup in the 3Ds max file so I can render. Customer Comments: Customer Comments: We would prefer to get a 3D site model of our building and be able to show the building in daylight and nighttime, with site lighting on and off For the night time image, the lights would need to be cropped to show ON and OFF png images.
