Autodesk Inventor Mechanical Modeling & Drafting
hr USD 15–25
About the project
I need a seasoned Autodesk Inventor user who can take a mechanical part from concept to completion, providing both a fully-parametric 3D model and the accompanying production-ready 2D drawings. The 3D side is straightforward: build the part so it is easy for me to tweak dimensions later, use sensible feature names, and keep the browser tree tidy. Once the model is approved, generate the drawing set that fabricators and assemblers can follow without a question. All drawings must clearly show dimensional measurements, list exact material specifications, and spell out step-by-step assembly instructions right on the sheets. Deliverables I expect • Inventor part/assembly files (IPT/IAM) and neutral exports (STEP) • Detailed IDW or DWG sheets with dimensions, materials, and assembly notes • A short PDF explaining any design parameters I can adjust If you are comfortable working this way in Inventor and can turn around high-clarity manufacturing documents, let’s get started.
