About the project
I need a short-form promo that showcases our maintenance-management SaaS in a fresh, modern motion-graphics style—no live footage, just clean 2D/3D animation. The video must be vertical (1080 × 1920, 9:16) so it performs equally well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Story angle Technicians flag equipment issues through WhatsApp; managers then view and assign those work orders inside our dashboard. I’ll supply the key selling points and brand assets; you’ll turn them into a tight, visually engaging storyboard that hits those messages quickly. Language & audio Primary delivery is in English. If you’re able to supply an Arabic voice-over or subtitle version, that’s a definite bonus. I’m after a corporate, professional music bed and complementary SFX that feel polished but not intrusive. Please handle licensing. Branding Full color palette, fonts, and logo files will be provided. Please stay on brand throughout. Revisions & timeline Two iterative review rounds are included so we can lock script, visuals, and audio without scope creep. Deliverables • Approved storyboard (PDF or JPG sequence) • Final video MP4, 1080 × 1920, H.264 • Separate Arabic version or subtitles file if produced • All working/source files (After Effects, Illustrator, etc.) Ideal fit Show me previous SaaS or tech promos—especially vertical pieces—and highlight any projects where you handled bilingual content.
