About the project

I have a complete set of CAD/PDF drawings for a new post-surgery rehabilitation center and now need high-end, photorealistic 3D visuals that bring the design to life for stakeholders. The scope covers all patient rooms, therapy rooms and the shared common areas; everything should read as a cohesive environment with consistent materials, lighting and branding cues. Deliverables • 4–6 still renders per space (print-ready at 4K) • A brief fly-through or 360-panorama per area would be a welcome add-on if it fits your workflow. Please base your proposal on the drawings I’ll supply, outlining: • Your intended software/render engine (e.g., 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, Lumion, etc.) • Milestone schedule from model build through final color grading • Number of revision rounds included • Any assumptions or additional information you’ll need from me Attach or link to a couple of similar photorealistic interiors you have produced so I can gauge lighting, material accuracy and attention to medical/commercial detail. I’ll review all detailed project proposals and award promptly so we can move straight into modeling.
