About the project

I’m ready to move forward with a modern, ground-plus-three residence and need a civil architect who can turn my rough schematic into a fully-resolved set of plans. The layout I have in mind is: • Ground floor – a compact 1 RK (plus provision for parking or services if you think it fits) • First floor – two self-contained 1 BHK units • Second floor – one spacious 2 BHK • Third floor – two independent bedrooms with attached baths (ideal for guest suites or a rental option) What I need from you: scaled floor plans for each level, façade elevations that capture a clean, modern aesthetic, and a simple 3D massing or rendered view so I can visualize the finished look. Basic structural guidelines for column placement and stair-core positioning will be appreciated; local code compliance must be observed, but I’ll supply plot size, setback rules, and any municipal requirements as soon as we start. I’m happy to discuss circulation tweaks, daylight strategies, and façade materials during review rounds, so please include at least multiple iterations in your proposal. If you have examples of similar G+3 work, feel free to share them—I’m keen to see how you balance functionality with contemporary style.
