Modern 2BHK Interior Makeover

About the project

I have just acquired a 2-bedroom flat and want to give it a complete, modern makeover that feels calm and timeless. My main focus is the living room, kitchen and master bedroom; once those spaces are nailed, the rest of the apartment can follow the same language. I gravitate toward clean-lined, contemporary forms, understated detailing and a palette built around neutral tones—think warm whites, greige, soft charcoal and subtle wood accents rather than bold colour pops. I’m hoping the design will maximise natural light, make smart use of storage and flow intuitively from one room to the next. What I’d like from you: • Two or three concept boards that capture the overall mood, key materials and furniture direction. • Scaled floor plans with furniture layouts showing traffic flow and storage ideas. • High-quality 3D visualisations or renders for the living area, kitchen and master bedroom so I can see how everything ties together. • A concise specification sheet listing furniture pieces, finishes, lighting fixtures and décor suggestions that are realistically sourced in my market (or with clear alternatives). • A revision round to fine-tune details once I’ve reviewed the initial proposal.
