Live-Action Character Replacement

About the project
I have a live-action outdoor sequence in which one on-screen actor needs to be removed and swapped with a new character throughout the scene. The replacement must match the original timing, mouth movements for dialogue, and natural body motion as the character walks and gestures. You will receive the full-resolution source footage, the clean plate where available, reference photos of the new character, and the original audio track. I’m expecting a seamless composite that holds up in 4K playback—no visible edges, lighting mismatches, or motion-tracking slips. Preferred tools include After Effects, Mocha Pro, or equivalent 3D camera-tracking and rotoscoping software; whatever you are most comfortable with as long as the final result looks photorealistic and sits perfectly in the graded footage. Deliverables: • Final graded 4K video file with the new character fully integrated • A layered project file (AEP, Nuke, or similar) so I can make future tweaks if needed • Brief rundown of any plugins or scripts used I’ll be on hand to supply additional reference angles or ADR if mouth replacement requires it.
