About the project
I need a complete 3D exterior concept for a new Mediterranean-style villa, including all elevations. The visual language should be unmistakably Mediterranean in proportion and detailing, yet I would like the roof finished with shingles rather than the usual terracotta tiles, so please work that preference into the massing, pitch, and color palette. What I expect: • A fully modelled villa exterior rendered from multiple angles. • Scaled elevation drawings ready for review and markup. • Native AutoCAD files (DWG) plus high-resolution stills for presentation. The model should be cleanly organised in layers so I can turn elements on and off for future revisions. All dimensions must be true-to-scale, with door and window openings matching standard Mediterranean arches where appropriate. Submit an initial concept massing for approval before you proceed to detailing; I will give prompt feedback so we stay on track. Final delivery is complete when the AutoCAD files open without missing references and the elevations align perfectly with the 3D views.
