I’m ready to give my entire 3-bedroom apartment a fresh, modern look that feels effortlessly cosy. The brief covers every major zone—living room, pooja room, open-plan kitchen, all three bedrooms and the bathrooms—so the concept needs to flow consistently throughout while still letting each space shine on its own. Style & Atmosphere The aesthetic I’m after is clean-lined, contemporary and calming. Think muted palettes, subtle textures and well-placed accent lighting that invite comfort and relaxation after long days, yet still look polished enough for the occasional get-together. Scope of Work You’d start with mood boards and colour schemes, then translate those into detailed layout options. From there we’ll refine furniture pieces, lighting, storage solutions and soft furnishings before you wrap everything into photorealistic 3D renders. I’ll also need a shopping list with specs and sources that fit within a mid-range budget. Key Tools & Files AutoCAD or similar for floor plans, SketchUp/3ds Max (or your preferred rendering software) for visuals, plus PDF/Excel for the final procurement list. Source files should be included so I can pass them to contractors later.
