About the project

I have a custom-shaped printed circuit board that needs a purpose-built enclosure. The final housing will be manufactured in plastic and molded in a clean, matte black finish, so the model you create must be ready for that production method. What I need from you: • A complete 3D CAD model of the enclosure, including top, bottom, and any required internal standoffs or snap-fit features that keep the board secure without stressing components. • All native design files plus neutral formats (STEP and STL) so I can pass them straight to my prototyping and tooling vendors. I will supply the PCB outline, mounting hole positions, and any component height restrictions as soon as the project kicks off. Please keep wall thicknesses, draft angles, and tooling considerations in mind so the design can move directly to injection molding with minimal revisions. If you have experience adding simple branding marks or ventilation slots while maintaining structural integrity, that’s a bonus. Once I approve the first draft, I’d like a short revision loop for fit and cosmetic tweaks, followed by a final, production-ready file set. Let me know your preferred CAD package and estimated turnaround time so we can get started right away.
