About the project
I already have the full 3-bedroom floor plan in hand and now need a complete interior concept that feels unmistakably minimalist while still bursting with bright, vibrant accent colours. Every room has a clear function in mind—spaces for relaxed family time, spots dedicated to work and study, and areas that make entertaining guests effortless—so the layout and furnishings must support those purposes without visual clutter. Here’s what I’m expecting: • A cohesive mood board that shows how the bold colour palette will be balanced within a minimalist framework. • Scaled furniture layout for all rooms on my existing plan. • High-quality 3D visualisations (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) so I can see daylight and night-time ambience before committing. • A detailed material and finishes schedule—paint codes, fabric references, lighting specs, and décor items easy to source locally or online. • Final working drawings (AutoCAD/PDF) ready for contractors, including electrical and lighting positions that complement the clean aesthetic. Please make sure circulation remains open, storage is cleverly hidden, and every bright pop of colour has a purpose. Once I receive the visuals and drawings, I’ll review and request up to two rounds of tweaks to fine-tune the look.
