About the project
I have a complete building drawn in DWG and need it brought to life as a clean, accurate 3-D model with exterior detail only. From that model I also want a set of high-resolution, photorealistic renders that I can share with clients. You are free to work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or any other tool you prefer—what matters is that the geometry and materials match the DWG precisely so the images look true to the original design. Deliverables • Native 3-D file in the software you choose, plus an interchange format (FBX or OBJ) • At least three daylight renders (front, rear, and an aerial angle) at 4K resolution • A brief note outlining the materials and lighting setup so I can reproduce the results later if needed Please bid only if you can complete this project for $100–$150. Please let me know your estimated turnaround time and any clarifications you need on the DWG before you start.
