Immersive Property AR Prototype Development

About the project

I need a full proof-of-concept that showcases a real property in two complementary ways for my Master’s thesis at the University of Zaragoza. First, I will supply access to the site so you can capture a modern, minimalistic visual narrative focused on the exteriors and their immediate surroundings. High-resolution photography and a concise, well-edited video should convey scale, context, and atmosphere without resorting to heavy staging or warm filters—clean lines and natural light are key. Second, I require a highly detailed 3D model that includes accurate textures, materials, and environmental context. Once the model is complete, it must be viewable through an Augmented Reality layer so users can explore the space interactively on mobile devices (ARCore/ARKit) or a lightweight WebAR viewer. Typical pipelines might involve Blender or SketchUp for modeling, Substance tools for texturing, and Unity or Unreal for the AR build, but I am open to alternative stacks as long as the end result is smooth and reliable. Deliverables • Photo set (minimum 20 edited images) • 60–90 second video, 1080p or higher • Optimised 3D model with UV-mapped textures (FBX/GLB) • AR application or WebAR link with basic UI and placement tracking • Short technical report outlining workflow, file sizes, and performance metrics—essential for my academic documentation I’ll provide the research framework, access to the property, and scheduling support; you bring the creative eye, modelling accuracy, and AR expertise. Experience collaborating on academic projects and meeting publication-grade standards will be highly valued, and I can sign off on each milestone promptly so you always have clear acceptance criteria.
