About the project
I have a 23 ft × 42 ft plot that will hold a ground-plus-two residence. I need a complete set of drawings and visuals so construction can start without iteration onsite. First, I want a clear floor plan for all three levels that comfortably fits bedrooms, bathrooms and a living room on each floor in the most efficient layout you can devise. Once the room arrangement is agreed, I’ll need full structural drawings—including column, beam and slab details—ready for the engineer’s stamp. Plumbing should follow a standard residential layout, keeping pipe runs short and service shafts aligned floor-to-floor. Electrical drawings must show lighting, power and low-current points with circuit segregation. Finally, I would like a modern 3D elevation that reflects clean lines and contemporary materials, rendered from at least two angles so I can visualise massing and façade treatment before signing off. Acceptance criteria • PDF + editable (DWG/REVIT) files for floor plans, structure, plumbing and electrical • High-resolution rendered images (JPG/PNG) of the modern façade, plus the source model • All dimensions and levels annotated in metric and imperial • Files delivered in organised folders, named logically for easy reference
