Ground Floor – Hospitality & Recreation The ground floor can be planned with: Reception / entrance lobby Café-style restaurant Commercial kitchen and service areas Indoor games zone Pool table lounge Dedicated gym Staff rooms Office Store rooms Lift lobby Staircase Service circulation The key planning objective should be to create separate guest/service circulation, so the restaurant and staff movement do not interfere with the private villa/residential experience.
