About the project
I’m advancing a public-urban commission that combines new parks, recreation lawns, and interconnected streetscape plazas, all guided by a clean, modern design language. The concept stage is approved; what I need now is a seasoned landscape architect who can translate that vision into a fully coordinated technical package ready for tender and construction. Scope You’ll develop every drawing and detail required for a large-scale build: overall layout plans, grading and drainage, hardscape and planting plans, sections/elevations, construction details, lighting and irrigation sheets, plus a concise materials schedule. Accuracy is critical; the city will review these drawings line-by-line. Preferred workflow • Drafting in AutoCAD (Civil 3D familiarity is a plus for grading) • 3D or illustrative views in SketchUp, Rhino, or similar for stakeholder visuals • Adobe InDesign/Illustrator for presentation boards where needed Acceptance criteria 1. Drawings meet local code and accessibility standards. 2. All layers, linetypes, and symbols follow the provided CAD template. 3. Details are dimensioned in metric, ready for immediate quantity take-off. 4. A final PDF set and corresponding editable CAD files are delivered on the agreed milestone dates. Experience on previous big-scale civic or campus projects will be viewed favorably; please include one example that compares in complexity to a city park or multi-block plaza. If the fit is right, there is potential for ongoing collaboration through the construction administration phase.
