LOD 400 MEP BIM Modeling
USD 10–30
About the project
I need a single, fully-coordinated BIM model in Revit that covers all three core MEP disciplines—HVAC, plumbing, and electrical—at LOD 400. Every component should be detailed to fabrication-ready standards so that shop drawings can be generated without additional 3D work. You will start from the information I provide (drawings, schedules, and equipment cut-sheets) and develop a clash-free model suitable for direct hand-off to the fabrication team. Families, parameter naming, and file organization must follow standard Revit best practices so the model slots seamlessly into our broader BIM workflow. Acceptance criteria • Complete HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems modeled in Revit at LOD 400 • All elements dimensionally accurate and positioned for fabrication, including hangers, supports, and accessories where required • No hard or soft clashes when the model is run through Navisworks (I will verify) • Final deliverable: native Revit (.rvt) file plus an exported, clash-checked NWC file for coordination meetings If you have recent experience delivering fabrication-ready Revit models and can meet these quality checks, I’d like to hear how quickly you can turn this around.
