About the project

I am turning my property into a modern-style vacation rental and need a complete design package that makes every guest feel like they have booked a boutique hotel. The scope covers all guest-facing areas: bedrooms, the main living space, and the outdoor zones, plus a few additional pockets we will identify together. The look I am after is clean, contemporary, and welcoming—think neutral tones, smart storage, resilient finishes, and a few statement pieces that photograph well for listing platforms. Function is key, because the space must handle frequent turnovers without losing its fresh appeal. Here is what I would like to receive: • A cohesive concept board that sets the tone for colour, texture, and lighting. • Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts for each room. • 3D renderings or visualisations that clearly show how the design comes together. • A concise fixture and furniture specification list with sourcing ideas available in my region. • Styling guidance for linens, art, and small touches that boost guest experience. We will review each stage together, and I will release approval in milestones so we stay aligned.
