About the project

I need a compact 4-piece enclosure modelled for 3D printing that safely holds a small PCB on on below box side and loose pills or blister strips on the top of it. The entire unit must be printable in standard PLA/ABS plastic, and the each compartment (4 Compartments) has its lid , hinged piece that snaps shut cleanly without additional fasteners. The interior will require: • A partition or shelf keeping electronics and medication separate • Simple stand-offs or bosses so I can screw the PCB in place • Enough clearance for wiring and a coin-cell holder (roughly 3 mm above the board components) I will supply approximate board outline and pill dimensions once we start; you translate those into a ready-to-print STL/STEP file set plus a brief drawing with overall measurements so I can verify everything before hitting “print”. Native files from Fusion 360, SolidWorks or similar are welcome as well. Acceptance criteria • Hinged lid functions in simulation and respects printer tolerances (≈0.4 mm clearance) • Enclosure walls ≥1.6 mm thick, no unsupported overhangs beyond 45° • All parts fit on a 200 × 200 mm build plate If you have clever ideas for cable reliefs or internal clips, feel free to add them; otherwise keep it simple and clean so I can prototype quickly.
