CNC Routed 3D Wooden Decor

USD 250–750

About the project

I have several decorative 3-dimensional pieces I’d like accurately milled from wood on a CNC router. The objects are meant to function as standalone décor—think small sculptural forms rather than flat wall art or simple signage—so I need clean contours, smooth surfaces, and crisp transitions, but not the ultra-fine filigree reserved for museum replicas; a solid, moderate level of detail is perfect. You’ll receive my reference sketches and overall dimensions, and I’m happy to adjust them into your preferred CAD format (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar). From there I’ll need tool-ready files (CAM with appropriate feeds and speeds) as well as the finished routed pieces in the specified hardwoods I’ll supply. If you handle finishing, let me know; otherwise a clean milled surface is fine. Deliverables: • Production-ready CNC files (and original CAD) • G-code verified for a standard 3-axis router • Three finished wooden prototypes, safely packed for shipping Acceptance criteria: dimensions within ±0.5 mm, visibly smooth faces straight off the machine, and edges free of tear-out. If you can meet that, I’m ready to get started right away.
