About the project

I have two separate houses that I want to see fully brought to life in a clean, modern style. For each property I need a complete interior concept, accurate furniture measurements, and a photorealistic 3D walkthrough that lets me virtually explore every space before any real-world work starts. Scope • Every room is included—living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and circulation zones—so the final model should feel like a single, uninterrupted tour. • All fixed and loose furniture must be sized and positioned precisely; I will pass your dimensioned drawings straight to my carpenter. • Modern design language is non-negotiable: think balanced proportions, streamlined lines, neutral palettes with a few bold accents, and practical storage solutions that stay visually light. • The walkthroughs are for my personal use, so they should be intuitive to navigate and rendered smoothly, but there is no need for flashy titles or soundtrack. Preferred deliverables 1. Mood board(s) that lock down colours, finishes and key inspiration images. 2. Scaled floor plans with furniture layout and clear metric dimensions. 3. Still renders for each main room (minimum 4K resolution). 4. One continuous 3D walkthrough video per house in MP4 format (60–90 seconds is perfect). 5. Source files—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion or similar—so I can request tweaks later if needed. 6. A short bill of materials listing furniture pieces or custom builds. Acceptance criteria • The visuals must match the agreed modern theme. • All furniture drawings include width, depth and height in millimetres. • Two revision rounds are included to fine-tune layout, colours or lighting. • Final files transfer smoothly and open without missing textures or plug-ins. If this scope is clear and you’re confident in producing immersive, detail-rich walkthroughs along with construction-ready drawings, I’m ready to review your approach and timeline.
