About the project
I need a fresh, photorealistic 3-dimensional concept for a commercial car repair showroom. The layout must balance an efficient service area for mechanics with a welcoming reception desk and a comfortable customer lounge where visitors can relax while their vehicles are being serviced. Here’s what I expect: • Floor plan refinement that clearly separates service bays from public zones while keeping workflow smooth. • Fully textured, high-resolution 3D renders (day and night lighting). • One or two hero views of the reception and lounge, plus at least one wide shot of the service area. • Source files in the native software you use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) along with exported OBJ/FBX for future edits. • A short PDF or image board highlighting key materials, color palette, and furniture selections so I can approve finishes before final rendering. I’m happy to review preliminary clay models or drafts first, then move on to detailed lighting and materials once the zoning feels right.
