About the project

We are looking for an experienced Financial Modeling and Business Valuation Expert to develop an investor-ready financial model and valuation for an established consumer products business preparing for fundraising. The selected freelancer will work closely with us to build a comprehensive financial model based on historical financial information and business assumptions that we will provide after project commencement. Scope of Work: The project includes developing: Integrated 5-year financial model Revenue forecasting model Profit & Loss Statement Balance Sheet Cash Flow Statement Working Capital projections Break-even analysis Sensitivity and scenario analysis (Base, Best & Worst Case) Key financial KPI dashboard Comprehensive assumptions sheet Business valuation using appropriate valuation methodologies Executive valuation summary/report Clean, dynamic, and well-structured Excel model suitable for investor presentations and due diligence Requirements The ideal candidate should have: Proven experience in financial modeling and business valuation Experience preparing investor-ready financial models for fundraising Strong corporate finance and valuation knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to understand business drivers and translate them into realistic financial projections Excellent communication skills Experience with manufacturing, consumer products, FMCG, or startup fundraising is preferred but not mandatory.
