About the project
I am providing detailed 2D CAD drawings and need these to be converted into a clean 3D model of a small detached house. I require the file to be in .ifc or .3ds format – please work within a compatible pipeline from the outset. Once the model is complete, you should create an AI-generated image that realistically showcases the property and clearly displays all key information (e.g. dimensions, material specifications or functional features, where these can be integrated appropriately). Deliverables: • 3D model in .ifc or .3ds • Render or screenshot evidence of geometry density • High-resolution white-background images for agreeing camera positions (PNG or JPG) • A final high-resolution AI image (PNG or JPG) Please ensure that the dimensions are taken accurately from the drawings, that the topology is clean, and that the prompt design for the AI image is consistent. If you have any queries regarding the design, please get in touch at an early stage – precision is more important to me than speed. Please quote a price for the 3D model and a price for the AI image
