About the project

I have a 3500 mm x 3100 mm (the exact dimensions are in the attached photo) concrete platform that is already poured and raised three steps above ground level. I now need a complete architectural drawing set for the outdoor cooking area that will sit on that slab. The design must revolve around a wood-fired pizza oven (finished diameter 1100 mm) positioned snugly in one corner, with a concrete benchtop that forms an L-shape at 600 mm depth everywhere except where the oven interrupts the line. The overall look should feel authentically Mediterranean—think warm textures, simple lines and a layout that encourages lingering. Concrete is the chosen benchtop material, so please incorporate appropriate thickness, edge details and any expansion joints you feel are required. Ideally built in a program like Sketchup. Essential built-in features: • Sink (specify cut-out, plumbing rough-in points and clearances) • Storage cabinets (base cabinets beneath the benchtop; show door swings and recommended carcass dimensions) What I need from you: • Scaled floor plan clearly locating the oven, sink, cabinets and work zones • At least two elevations that show finish heights, appliance openings and the three existing steps • A bird’s-eye (axonometric or 3D) view so the builder can visualise massing and Mediterranean detailing • Key construction notes: bench structure, recommended waterproofing, ventilation behind the oven and material call-outs I will pass these drawings straight to my builder, so accuracy in dimensions, notation and clarity are critical. Please indicate file formats you can supply—PDF for printed plans is a must, and native CAD or SketchUp files are a bonus. Attached 'sheet 2' is a design I did AI but it is not correct.
