Revit/BIM Expert Needed – Create Coordinated Construction Model & Builder Overlay Drawings for Custom Dome Home

About the project

I have a complete set of architectural, structural, foundation, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) plans for a custom residential dome home. I'm looking for an experienced BIM/Revit professional (or CAD expert) to convert these permit drawings into a coordinated construction model and a builder-friendly drawing set. This is not a simple drafting job. I need someone who understands construction sequencing, structural framing, and MEP coordination. Project Goals The goal is to combine all disciplines into one coordinated model so I can clearly understand how every component fits together during construction. I want to eliminate the need to constantly flip through dozens of drawing sheets. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: Build a complete Revit (preferred) or BIM model from my existing permit drawings. Coordinate Architectural, Structural, Foundation, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP systems. Verify that all drawings align correctly. Identify obvious clashes or conflicts between systems. Create easy-to-read, color-coded builder overlay drawings. Produce simplified field drawings organized by construction phase. Deliverables I would like separate drawing sets for: Foundation & Footings Anchor Bolts & Hold Downs Structural Framing Interior Wall Framing Plumbing Rough-In Electrical Rough-In HVAC / Mechanical Combined Coordination Drawings Overall Builder Set I would also like one master drawing showing every system together. File Formats Required Please provide: Native Revit files (.RVT) (preferred) DWG files (if applicable) Layered PDFs Any linked BIM files used in the project I want full ownership of all deliverables. Ideal Experience Please apply only if you have experience with: Autodesk Revit BIM Modeling Residential Construction Structural Framing MEP Coordination Construction Documentation Clash Detection Builder Coordination Drawings Experience with custom homes or non-standard structures is a significant advantage.
