SolidWorks Mechanical Parts 3D Models
USD 10–30
About the project
I have a collection of mechanical part drawings that now need to live in the 3-dimensional world. The originals are 2D engineering prints; I only require the core geometry—overall shape, key features, and accurate dimensions—without the added complexity of threads, fillets, surface textures, or material properties. You will work in SolidWorks (please stick to that platform so I can open and edit the files in-house later). For each drawing I provide, create a clean, fully constrained part model that reflects the specified dimensions and tolerances exactly. Deliverables • One native SolidWorks part file (.SLDPRT) per drawing • A quick screenshot of each finished model for easy reference • Confirmation that all critical dimensions match the supplied print I expect orderly feature trees, sensible naming, and no suppressed or orphaned sketches. Once the first model is approved, the rest should follow the same conventions so the set stays consistent. If you have questions about missing views or ambiguous call-outs, flag them early and we can clarify before you move on. Ready to start as soon as you are—I’ll send the first batch of drawings once we agree on the timeline.
