Modern Eco Farm Masterplan Design

About the project

My 23,000 sq ft site sits on a noticeable slope and I need a full masterplan that turns the terrain into a contemporary, eco-minded retreat. The overall language must read Modern/Contemporary while every design move—materials, orientation, water and energy strategy—remains firmly rooted in sustainability and low-impact solutions. Programme to weave into the land • A lap pool that runs with the contours, giving clear swimming lines yet minimal cut-and-fill. • A farmhouse whose form embraces passive cooling, rain-water harvesting and rooftop solar. • An open-air amphitheatre terraced into the grade. • Defined camp-fire zone, guest and resident parking, children’s play area, productive kitchen garden and a pocket “jungle” left largely wild. Please include 1. Graded site plan showing circulation, levels and drainage. 2. Concept and detailed landscape planting plan favouring native species. 3. Architectural drawings for the farmhouse (plans, elevations, sections). 4. Pool layout with mechanical specs suited to a lap-pool program. 5. 3D massing studies and at least four photorealistic renders capturing major zones by day and night. I’ll review on: accuracy of levels, clarity of eco-strategies, coherence of the modern aesthetic and completeness of the drawing package in editable format (DWG/SketchUp/Revit plus PDF). Staged delivery is fine as long as we lock the site grading first.
