About the project

I have a corner plot measuring 120 ft × 170 ft and intend to raise a 105 ft × 150 ft structure that feels contemporary from every angle. I need complete architectural drawings—from concept to coordinated floor plans—for the following programme: Ground Floor • Arrival zone with reception, welcome lounge and comfortable seating • Two passenger lifts partnered with a grand staircase • 8,000 sq ft banquet hall that flows directly into a 1,000 sq ft ballroom • Back-of-house block: back-office, service lift and a service stair discreetly placed at the rear First Floor • 100-cover restaurant • Fully closed kitchen (with store, cold room and wash-up) directly linked to the restaurant yet screened from guests • 3,000 sq ft party hall and a 1,000 sq ft conference room Second to Fourth Floors • Standard guest rooms, each with balcony, mini-bar and work desk, all en-suite • Ten spacious suite rooms distributed across these levels Style: clean-lined modern architecture with efficient circulation and clear zoning between guest spaces and service cores. Deliverables I am expecting: 1. Dimensioned floor plans (DWG/PDF) for each level showing furniture layout and service shafts 2. At least two exterior 3D views that capture the modern façade treatment 3. A basic vertical circulation diagram indicating both passenger and service flows 4. Room schedule summarising counts, areas and the specified in-room amenities 5. A brief kitchen layout diagram confirming equipment flow for the closed setup I will review drawings for spatial accuracy, compliance with the stated areas and the inclusion of all listed functions before releasing final approval.
