MIG Welding & 3D Modeling
INR 12500–37500
About the project
I’m bringing a new product concept to life and need a versatile partner who can handle both the hands-on metalwork and the digital design. The welding portion calls for clean, structurally sound MIG joints on a small batch of components. While the primary metal is still flexible, I’m leaning toward common grades of steel—feel free to suggest the best alternative if you see a performance or cost advantage. Alongside the physical fabrication, I also need a precise 3D model of the assembly. The CAD file will guide future iterations, so accuracy in dimensions and tolerances is essential. I work mainly in STEP and STL, but I’m happy to accept native files from SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar platforms as long as neutral exports are included. Key deliverables: • Finished MIG-welded parts, deburred and inspection-ready • Complete 3D model of the welded assembly with layered components • A concise drawing or screenshot set highlighting critical weld seams and dimensions If you’re comfortable moving between the shop floor and the screen—and can advise on material thicknesses, fixtures, and distortion control—let’s discuss timelines and shipping logistics for the welded pieces.
