About the project
I’m ready to give my 1-bedroom apartment a cohesive, modern look that feels inviting for day-to-day residential living. The makeover should cover the living room, bedroom, and kitchen from layout optimisation through to final décor details. Here’s what I need: • A clear concept board that captures the overall mood, palette, and key furniture pieces for a contemporary vibe. • Scaled layout drawings showing optimal furniture placement and circulation. • 3D visualisations or renders so I can clearly picture how each space will come together before committing to purchases. • A concise shopping list with exact product specs, finishes, and measurements so I can source everything locally or online without guesswork. I’ll share current photos, measurements, and any fixed elements (plumbing points, windows, electrical) the moment we start. I’d like practical storage solutions built into the plan and lighting suggestions that highlight the modern styling while keeping energy use sensible. Please outline your proposed workflow, the software you’ll use (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and estimated turnaround for each deliverable. I’m available for quick feedback loops and want the full package wrapped up efficiently so renovation work can begin right after.
