About the project

I’m outfitting a commercial space and want it to communicate a raw, industrial vibe from the moment someone walks through the door. Concrete textures, exposed services, steel, and a muted, masculine palette are the look I’m after—not polished corporate chic. Even though it’s a business premises, the layout is broken into zones that mirror residential functions: • a relaxed lounge-style area (my “Living room”) • an open pantry/café corner (“Kitchen”) • a set of quiet retreat pods (“Bedroom”) • one additional zone I’ve labeled “Bhaskar,” which is essentially a flexible breakout space. Your task is to translate those four zones into a cohesive industrial interior scheme. I need: 1. Concept mood boards capturing materials, lighting, colour and furniture direction. 2. Scaled layout plans that show circulation and zoning. 3. At least two high-quality 3D renders per zone so stakeholders can visualise the concept. 4. A concise material and furniture schedule with retail or trade sources. Please base all drawings on standard commercial codes (fire exits, accessibility, etc.). I’ll supply the CAD shell, measurements and brand guidelines as soon as we start. Deliver everything in editable formats—preferred tools are AutoCAD/Revit for plans and SketchUp/Lumion/3ds Max for visuals, but I’m open if you use equivalents and can export DWG and high-resolution JPEG/PNG. I’ll approve the concept once mood boards and a single render for each zone match the brief; the remaining assets follow after sign-off.
