Realistic Night Parking Lot Fight

About the project

I have a single still image of 2 people fighting in a parking lot at night, and I need it brought to life as a ten-second street-brawl sequence between two characters. The final clip has to feel cinematic and photoreal—convincing enough to drop straight into a live-action movie. I also have a tattoo that needs to be put on one of the fighters I’m in a hurry for this Also need the guy in the black shirt to have a puffy left eye the fight can stay on the ground as it is in the picture Here’s the creative brief: • Choreography: gritty, close-quarters street brawl. • Cast: exactly two fighters. • Action beats: I’ll supply a short list of specific punches, that must appear in sequence; timing and transitions are up to you. You are free to work in the medium that gives the most realism—whether that’s 3D animation with motion-capture, AI video synthesis, advanced compositing in After Effects/Nuke, or a blend of practical stunt footage keyed into the plate. What matters is that the lighting, camera shake, shadows, and reflections all match the original night shot so no one can tell it started as a still. Deliverables 1. Final 10-second clip in 4K ProRes or high-bitrate MP4. 2. Project file(s) and layered assets so my post team can do last-minute tweaks. 3. A brief breakdown of the techniques you used so we can replicate the workflow on future shots. I can get you the reference image, move list, and camera move suggestions the moment we start.
