Commercial Design & Drafting Needed

About the project

I’m ready to move a new commercial development from concept to permit-ready documents and need an architect–drafter team that can take full ownership of the drawings. The core scope covers schematic layouts through to detailed construction sets, all produced with sustainability front of mind. You’ll be working on a purely commercial building, so I expect you to draw on proven experience with similar projects—mixed-use, office, retail or hospitality backgrounds are all welcome as long as you can show how you have solved the functional, code and coordination challenges that come with non-residential work. Just as important is your track record in sustainable design: I want to see how you have incorporated energy-efficient envelopes, daylight strategies, low-impact materials or any relevant green-building frameworks in previous jobs. To be considered, focus your proposal on experience. Point me to past commercial projects, outline the sustainable strategies you applied and tell me which tools you rely on (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, SketchUp, etc.). A concise list of drawings you typically deliver at each stage will also help me understand your workflow. Deliverables I’m expecting: • Complete set of architectural drawings: plans, elevations, sections and schedules • Coordinated MEP backgrounds (architect‐issued) ready for consultant overlay • 3D model suitable for client presentations and quantity take-offs • Sustainability notes and referenced details that support the energy goals All files must be provided in both native format (DWG or RVT) and PDF.
