About the project

I need a compact PCB that takes one DMX-512 line in, delivers four fully-isolated outputs (minimum 1 kV isolation), and physically accepts the W6300-EVB-Pico2 module through simple pin headers so I can drop the board in and gain Wi-Fi connectivity straight away. The board will run from a 12 – 24 V supply and must clip onto a DIN rail in any orientation, so please keep the outline and mounting holes compatible with universal rail adapters. All power regulation, signal buffering and opto-isolation should be on-board; once I plug in the Pico2 I expect to configure it wirelessly without extra cabling. Essential deliverables • Schematic with clear isolation barriers and RS-485 line drivers • PCB layout, Gerbers and drill files ready for fabrication • Complete BOM with part numbers available from at least one major distributor • 3D step model to verify enclosure fit on the DIN rail • Brief bring-up guide showing how to flash and connect to the Pico2 over Wi-Fi I will sign off once the design passes an ERC/DRC check, shows 1 kV isolation clearance in the layout, and lets me power the board from 24 V, discover the Pico2 on Wi-Fi, and stream DMX to all four outputs without data loss.
