About the project
I need a single, polished Power BI report that plugs straight into our EPM system and presents our key financial performance indicators at a glance. The scope is centred on three metrics I care about most—revenue trends, expense tracking and profit margins—and the visuals must feel alive, updating automatically as the EPM data refreshes. Here is what success looks like from my side: • Direct data connection to the EPM source with any required data-modeling and DAX measures completed. • Clear, interactive bar charts, line graphs, pie charts and waterfall charts that highlight the numbers as well as the story behind them. • A space for concise commentary beside or beneath each visual so management can capture context without leaving the dashboard. • A clean, branded layout that fits naturally on a single page yet allows drill-through for deeper analysis. • Documentation of the data model and refresh steps so I can maintain the solution after hand-off.
